Dues will be coming up payable to State and Supreme

Financial Secretary’s Report: Since our last meeting our roster grew by one (Br. Roman is our new member, congratulations and welcome) and we are now at 31 members.

At the end of last meeting a member had donated $10 which has been handed over to Br. Chuck, otherwise no other income or expenses to report.

Dues to State and Supreme are due by April 19th and were expecting to know what that will be by next month’s meeting.

Membership Report: No applications or transfers.  It’s recommended to nail down our mission, who are we as a council; perhaps we function as “spiritual doing” group.

Br. Michael would like us to have an event that announces to the parish who we are and what we do, and a “Family Prayer Night” was discussed.  The evening would be both spiritual in nature and serve as a nice recruitment opportunity.

It could be nice collaborative event with theFlame of Lovegroup who meet with Fr. to discuss doing a presentation at St. Joseph’s sometime in February.

GK Jim offered Br. Joe’s group the “Blue Knights” support from the council if ever needed.

Br. Mike shared about his councils “Family Dinner” that was a huge success and he’s happy share advice on how it was all planed.
