Elections will be held on June 18th. Anyone that is at least a Knight of the 3rd Degree in good standing is eligible to run for office. This includes Brs. Eric Hanson and William Benjamin who were inducted into the 3rd Degree just before the last council meeting on May 21st.
The Corpus Christi Procession was well-received. He gave a thank you to the Rockdale Fire Department.
A new movie called “Jesus Thirsts” was released in theaters today and will run to the 6th of June.
The Knights will host a membership drive on June 9th. Anyone who is available is strongly encouraged to participate.
The Knights of Columbus requires insurance for fundraising events. Accordingly, the Grand Knight opened discussion regarding this council purchasing a policy which would cover a host of events, instead of only covering ID-Drive-type events.
